So the other day I'm talking to some of my friends who are also on a diet ( a different one than mine - one is nutrisystem and the other wait watchers - btw neither of them need it ) and they are talking about where they read that when you are on a diet you should have one meal during the week where you eat what you want and as much as you want. Mind you, I had been on my diet for a week at this point. Never had the desire to cheat or eat something I wasn't supposed to. Last night I'm sitting at work and I'm like. Ok. I could go for some Taco Bell. Sane Half of My Brain: It's not necessary. You have a cooler full of nice healthy food. Fast Forward to 6am Stomach: What the heck? You gave me good food for a week and now we are back to this crap. Oh No you di-in't! Shield your eyes children.... Both sides of brain run to the bathroom and there is sickness of epic proportions. Now my voice is all gravelly and squeaky and my tummy hurts. Moral of the story: Don't Always Listen to Your Friends!

Stupid Half of My Brain: ::drives to tacobell::, ::orders tacos and really probably too many since the tummy is all shrunken::
Sane Half of My Brain: You are SO gonna get sick.

Stupid Half of My Brain: ZZZZZZZZ....::wakes up:: Oh...I don't feel so good
