Sandy Brunson The most precious thing I know is the "sound of God's Voice." As His child, His servant, His friend, I would be lost without personal guidance and direction from Him, My Master. Over 30 years of "listening" to Him, I am convinced of this: our Lord always "says what He means and He means what He says." As His own, we must personally open our hearts and accept the words He speaks to us. Recalling the words of the old hymn: "In the Garden", I find them to be so true! "And He walks with me, and He talks with me, "Do not pivot around yourself. Let all vestiges of your flesh nature die out. Think of how you can serve others. Take no thought of what others think of you. Seek My Face, and come to Me. Do not miss time with Me. The blessings are there for you everyday. Make time with me a necessary part of your day. Read My Word and pray. Life and reality are hid in ME. Time spent with Me is not to be laid aside but to be sought with great determination each day, for you miss much without it. "O the wonders of My Love; how it mends and heals. Though there are many things around you that need attending, you must attend to them only out of a full supply of My Love. It is My touch that makes whole; My touch fills. Always stay in tune with Me. Seek Me in My Word rather than in so many books. I will meet you there. Dig deep. You need the strength that I have for you. I will speak to you...comfort and nurture you. "A Father cares for his own with great love and great concern. Fear not these last days. You will be taken care of and all you love. My plan is to protect you. Not a hair will be singed, for I am with you, and I will never leave you. You are protected as My Beloved. Fear not, for all is well. "I have not brought you this far to allow you to fall into the same traps. When I say "all is well" between you and Me...believe it! That includes spiritually. All IS well. Doubt not. Stand firm in faith and abide in me. Go to My Word, and seek Me there. The food you receive from that source is like none other. It is essential, so fill up on it. I love you. Listen for My Voice. Listen to My Voice." "Never give up because of distractions, for that may be the very time I am about to reveal something very necessary to the feeding of your Spirit or the leading of your life. I must not be limited to times of quiet and silence only. Never limit Me. Oh what blessing you deny yourself when you do. "Give me a freer rein with your spirit. Expect Me to reveal Myself in ways that will guide and lead. Those who walk in My Spirit daily shall not miss the evidences of My leading. It is appropriated by faith. Believe that I can and will do all that I have promised. In the quiet and stillness I come, but never discount My Voice as I try to speak out to you above the rumble and chaos of life...of activity. If you are accustomed to hearing My Voice, you will know Me when I call, to direct or guide, offer encouragement, or just whisper My presence. I am with you at all times, in the quiet and in the loud. Just as a dear Friend, ever ready to show you your need for Me and My help. And because I love you, I will help.
My children will not be left helpless. You will never see the righteous forsaken or their seed begging bread. No honest, righteous heart for Me is denied. I surround My servants. Be My disciple wherever you are."
